Revitalizant EX120 for diesel engines

Designed to protect diesel engines, including boosted and turbocharged engines, from wear and to repair them. Thanks to a 20% higher* concentration of the active substance, it has a greater reserve for restoring worn surfaces and protecting against wear.

Use

The engine is treated in three stages:

Stage 1: pour the contents of the syringe into the oil filler neck of an engine warmed up to operating temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 5–10 minutes.

Stage 2: is done in the same way after driving 100–250 km following the first stage.

Stage 3: is done in the same way after driving 100–250 km following the second stage.

The treatment is considered complete after driving at least 1 500 km.

Notes

• It is not recommended to change the oil until the treatment is finished.

• Treatment is possible with the engine idling: 4 operating hours are equivalent to 200 km of driving.

• Treat new engines with a mileage not exceeding 20 000 km in a single application.

• After a major overhaul, it is recommended to treat engines in the usual way – in three stages.

• The protective metal-ceramic coating forms in any working mechanism. However, if the condition of the mechanism (engine) is critical – wear reaches 100% – the damaged parts must be replaced.

After treatment, your car is extremely well protected by XADO. When the engine is running, the parts that wear the most are the cylinder-piston group in the area of top dead centre, the timing mechanism parts (cam, tappet), and the plain bearings of the crankshaft and camshafts.

The revitalizant contains a substance that compensates for the wear of these parts. During revitalization, a new multifunctional gradient coating with the required performance properties and stress states forms on the surfaces of the friction pairs. The volume of the engine parts increases – the worn-away "hundredths" and "tenths" lost during the same operation are restored. This is the repair effect.

The resulting coating has unique properties: high strength, high corrosion resistance and low surface roughness. After revitalization, engine parts are guaranteed to last 2–4 times longer. Revitalizing the engine significantly increases and evens out compression in the cylinders, reduces fuel consumption, increases the efficiency of the car and improves rolling. Oil pumps, turbocharger units, shafts and inserts (bearings), working surfaces of the cylinders are restored, and ovality is eliminated.

The engine runs quietly and without vibration. Revitalization makes it possible to keep its condition impeccable at all times.
