Atomic metal conditioner for heavy vehicles, XADO Maximum Heavy Duty with REVITALIZANT

• An innovative three-component new-generation product that combines the advantages of a two-phase complex metal conditioner and a third-generation revitalizant. It was specially developed for various heavy-duty engines used in agriculture, mining, construction, shipping, cement production, power generation, etc.
• Engines operating in severe conditions face many challenges that can affect their durability and performance. In such cases, using a metal conditioner helps to significantly improve the engine condition and ensure its stable operation. Here are a few reasons why this is advisable:

1. Protection against frequent and sudden load changes: the metal conditioner helps to reduce friction and heat, providing additional protection to parts whose load changes constantly.
2. Improved heat dissipation and engine stability: Intensive operating conditions are often accompanied by higher temperatures, which can cause the oil to overheat and lose its lubricating properties. The metal conditioner improves heat dissipation and maintains stable engine operation even at high temperatures.
3. Fuel savings in intensive operating conditions: by reducing friction between engine parts, the metal conditioner helps to reduce resistance and fuel consumption.
4. Increased engine reliability: the metal conditioner reduces the likelihood of micro-damage and cracks in engine parts, which can occur under high loads.

XADO Heavy Duty forms a unique, highly resistant protective metal-ceramic coating on the surfaces of engine parts, which not only restores the working surfaces but also compensates for existing wear in a short time and reduces wear of engine parts, giving them active protection against overloads and overheating.

The formation (revival) of the metal-ceramic coating takes place within 50–70 operating hours. Changing the oil during this period is undesirable.

Suitable for use with any type of standard engine oil. Does not change the physical and viscosity properties of the engine oil.

Use:

• Before use, the temperature of the product must be no lower than +25 °C.
• The temperature of the warmed-up engine oil must be at least 70 °C.
• Shake the bottle. Pour its contents into the oil filler hole of an engine warmed up to operating temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 3–5 minutes.
• Then continue to use the vehicle in normal mode.

Notes:

• 1 bottle (500 ml) is intended for engines whose oil system volume is up to 25 litres.
• After adding the product, the oil level must not exceed the maximum dipstick mark.
• Avoid overdosing! XADO Maximum Heavy Duty is intended for one-time use, so, to achieve the best effect, the product is not recommended for use in engines whose lubrication system volume is up to 10 litres.
• WARNING! The product is not intended for use in internal combustion engines with a special reinforcing cylinder coating (Alusil, Lokasil, Nikasil, Galnikal), because the material required to form a stable metal-ceramic layer is lacking.
• WARNING! Use in passenger cars and light vehicles is strictly not recommended because of the different concentration of components compared with other metal conditioners (for example, XADO Maximum). As a result, the engine may operate improperly and its service life may be significantly shortened.
• The metal conditioner with revitalizant works effectively in petrol, gas (LPG) and diesel engines in vehicles whose oil system capacity is up to 25 l.
