In 2008, Kęstutis opened a small workshop in Šakiai. One workbench, one lift, one shelf with filters and spark plugs. He rode a Yamaha YZ himself and knew what local riders were missing: parts that could be available the next day, not two weeks after ordering from Germany.
Over the next five years the workshop grew by word of mouth. Riders from Marijampolė, Vilkaviškis, and Jurbarkas drove to Šakiai because Kęstutis stocked things others couldn't get for weeks. The warehouse expanded, the first online catalogue went live.
In 2018 George — Kęstutis's son, fresh from engineering school — joined the business. His brief: the digital side. E-commerce, ECU diagnostics, the customer portal. Today he can fire your bike up with a laptop quicker than you can hit the starter button.
Today Jusmila is 10,000+ parts in stock, our own workshop building at Papartynų g. 1, and a team that rides motorcycles every day. We're not resellers. We're mechanics who happen to run a shop.
