Returns & Exchanges
1. 14-day right of return
Under the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Law, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a sale-purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The 14-day period is counted from the day the Consumer (or a person designated by them, other than the carrier) actually receives the goods.
To exercise this right, the Consumer must notify us of the withdrawal before the deadline — by email at info@jusmila.lt or via the contact form. The notice must state the order number, the items to return, and a bank account number for the refund.
2. Starting a return
The process is simple: email info@jusmila.lt with the subject "Return — Order No. XXXX". We send back an RMA code within 24 hours. Stick the RMA code on the package or include it inside before shipping.
The item must be returned via the same shipping method (DPD, Omniva) or dropped off at our store at Vytauto g. 50, Šakiai. Return shipping is at the Buyer's expense, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective).
3. What's not returnable
Under Lithuanian law you cannot return: opened consumables (engine oils, brake fluids, coolants, lubricants); custom-ordered or made-to-spec items (e.g. sprockets with non-standard tooth count); items that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. used filters, fuel-system parts that have been installed); items with broken seals where the seal was used to indicate originality.
4. Defects and warranty
All goods carry a 24-month warranty under Article 6.363 of the Lithuanian Civil Code. The warranty period starts on the day the item is received.
If a product fails quality requirements — broken, non-functional, defective — the Buyer is entitled to demand replacement with a sound item, a price reduction, or contract termination with a full refund. Report the warranty case within 14 days of noticing the defect, sending photos and a description by email.
Warranty does not apply if: the product was damaged by improper use by the Buyer, modified, damaged during installation, or has worn naturally (e.g. an oil filter replaced after 5,000 km).
5. Refunds
We process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, to the same account the payment was made from (bank transfer — Buyer's stated account; card — automatically back to the card). We confirm the refund by email.
6. Exchanges
Instead of a refund you can choose an exchange — for a different size, model, or type. The value of the returned item is applied to the new one; if the new item costs more, you pay the difference, and if it costs less, we refund the difference.
Exchange is the fastest path if you ordered the wrong size (e.g. a helmet) — no need to wait 14 days for a refund, the replacement ships as soon as the returned item arrives at the warehouse.
