Product information

Purpose:
The revitalizant is designed to protect and restore industrial hydraulic systems. It forms a metal-ceramic coating that reduces friction, protects against wear and extends the service life of the equipment.

Effect:
  • Restores the geometry of parts and protects them from wear.
  • Increases the performance of the hydraulic system.
  • Reduces losses in hydraulic distributors.
  • Reduces hydrodynamic resistance.
  • Increases working pressure and efficiency.
  • Extends the service life of the hydraulic system by up to 2,5 times.

Method of use:
Revitalization is carried out in 5 stages:
  • At the first stage, 1 bottle of revitalizant is added to the system (40–60% of the total volume).
  • The hydraulic system operates under normal conditions for up to 100 hours.
  • At the following stages, the remaining part of the revitalizant is added in the same way.
  • The whole procedure is completed after 500 hours of operation from the start of the first stage.
Important!
Suitable for all working hydraulic systems. Not suitable for completely worn-out, mechanically damaged or leaking systems.
