Shipping
1. Shipping methods
We offer three shipping methods across Lithuania: DPD Lietuva courier (24-48 h, €4.99), Omniva parcel locker (24-48 h, €3.49), pickup at our Šakiai store (free, ready in 1-2 hours on business days).
International EU shipping — 7-10 business days, €14.99. We do not ship outside the EU.
2. Free shipping
Lithuanian orders over €75 ship free via DPD and Omniva. Šakiai pickup is always free.
3. Delivery times
Delivery time is counted from the day payment is received. Orders received before 16:00 on business days usually ship the same day. Orders after 16:00 or on weekends — next business day. During holidays, winter season (December-February), and major promotions, delivery times may extend by 1-2 days.
4. DPD Lietuva
DPD courier delivers to your stated address on business days 9:00-18:00. The day before delivery you'll receive an SMS with a more precise time window (usually a 2-hour slot). If you're not home, the courier leaves a notice with options to reschedule or pick up at a DPD Pickup point.
You can track the parcel in real time — a tracking number is sent by email when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
5. Omniva parcel locker
Omniva parcels can be picked up at any locker in Lithuania, with location chosen at checkout. We notify you by SMS with a unique code that opens the locker. Parcels are stored in the locker for 7 business days — if not collected within that time, they are returned to us and a re-shipping fee applies.
6. Pickup in Šakiai
If you select the pickup option, you can collect the goods at our store at Vytauto g. 50, Šakiai. Orders are ready in 1-2 hours on business days (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 9:00-14:00). We notify you by SMS or phone when the order is ready. Pickup is free, no additional fees. Bring your order number and ID when collecting.
