Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern sales made through the e-commerce store jusmila.lt, operated by UAB Jusmila (legal entity code 305847291, registered office Vytauto g. 50, Šakiai), and the rights, duties and liabilities of Buyer and Seller. The Terms are based on the Lithuanian Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other applicable legislation. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Parties
Seller — UAB Jusmila, code 305847291, VAT LT100012345613, registered at Vytauto g. 50, Šakiai, LT-71112, phone +370 685 777 56, e-mail info@jusmila.lt. Buyer — a competent natural or legal person who has registered an account at the online store or placed a guest order. Consumer — a natural person buying goods for personal use, not connected with their trade or profession.
3. Order conditions
The Buyer places an order by adding goods to the cart and completing the checkout form. A purchase contract is concluded between Buyer and Seller at the moment the Buyer, having entered shipping and payment details, clicks "Confirm order" and receives an order-confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order where stock is unavailable or where prices have been published in error.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping fees are calculated separately according to the chosen method. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card (Visa, Mastercard) through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on pickup at our Šakiai store. Orders are processed once full payment is received, except for cash-on-pickup orders.
5. Shipping
Goods are shipped via DPD Lietuva courier (24-48 h), Omniva parcel lockers (24-48 h), or available for pickup at our store at Vytauto g. 50, Šakiai. Delivery time is counted from the day payment is received. Orders over €75 ship free within Lithuania. International EU shipping — 7-10 days, €14.99. The Buyer must inspect the parcel on delivery — visible damage must be reported to the courier and Seller within 24 hours.
6. Returns
Consumers have the right, within 14 days of receiving the goods, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the item. The returned item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and retain its commercial appearance. Return shipping is at the Buyer's expense, except where the return is due to the Seller's fault (wrong item, defective item). Opened consumables (oils, fluids), custom-ordered items, or goods made specifically for the Buyer are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 7. Liability
All goods sold carry a 24-month statutory warranty under the Lithuanian Civil Code. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper use or installation, or modifications. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from product use. The Seller's total liability is in any case limited to the value of the goods purchased. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data. Full details on processed data, retention periods and Buyer rights are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Final provisions
These Terms come into force when the Buyer places an order and remain in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations. The Seller may amend the Terms at any time, with changes effective from the date of publication on the website. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, failing which they are referred to Lithuanian courts at the Seller's registered seat. The Terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
