Product information

Intended for restorative repair and protection of the cylinder group without dismantling the engine. When the engine is treated, a metal-ceramic layer forms on the surface of the cylinder-piston group parts, restoring the geometry of the parts. Internal wear of the cylinder is reduced and the ovality disappears.

Advantages:

  • Increases and evens out compression in the cylinders;
  • Restores the geometry of the cylinders and eliminates ovality;
  • Eliminates scratches and score marks up to 0,1 mm and other surface defects;
  • Protects the cylinder-piston group parts from wear during a cold start;
  • Reduces noise and vibration;
  • Increases engine power;
  • Reduces fuel consumption;
  • Reduces the CO and CH content of the exhaust gases;
  • It is possible to choose how many cylinders to treat (one or several at once).

Use:

For petrol and diesel engines:

  1. First stage. Warm up the engine (it must be warm, but not hot).
  2. Second stage. Unscrew the plugs from the cylinders, disconnect the central lead of the ignition distributor sensor and the commutator.
  3. Third stage. Squeeze the contents into the cylinders.
  4. Fourth stage. Make the piston go through its stroke 15-20 times (with the starting handle, by towing, by turning the driven wheel, etc.).
  5. Fifth stage. Screw the plugs back in and crank the starter 3-4 times for 3-4 seconds at intervals of 15-20 seconds.
  6. Sixth stage. Reconnect the central lead and the commutator, start the engine and leave it running at idle for 15 min.
  7. Seventh stage. Operate the engine in the normal mode.

* The gel revitalizant must be poured into the cylinder so that it lands on the cylinder wall, not on the piston. For this, a medical syringe with a plastic tube can be used, after first mixing the revitalizant with 15-20 ml of oil. To avoid hydrolock, there must be no more than 20 ml of oil.

Note:

Treatment of the cylinder-piston group of a diesel engine is carried out in the same way as for a petrol engine, by injecting the revitalizant through the injector holes or the glow plugs.

If the cylinder diameter is greater than 120 mm, the revitalization cycle should be repeated.
