XADO Anti-gel

A complex, highly effective product designed to improve the properties of diesel fuel at low temperature. In effectiveness it surpasses the best additives of leading car-chemistry manufacturers and the special additive packages intended for premium-quality diesel fuel.

The anti-gel is a highly effective depressant. It is made on the basis of a complex of copolymers of ethylene, vinyl ethers, acrylates and ethylhexyls, together with a revitalizant and other special components.

Fuel contains hydrocarbons that freeze at low temperature, forming gel-like lumps (stuck-together paraffin crystals). At low temperature the fuel turns cloudy and thickens. Thanks to its effective depressant components, XADO Anti-gel prevents paraffin crystals from forming, and also improves the flowability of the fuel at low temperature and restores its clarity.

Notes:

The high-pressure fuel pump is the most important and most expensive unit of the diesel engine's fuel supply system. The precision plunger pair of the high-pressure fuel pump is lubricated by the fuel, which is under very high pressure. This pair wears continuously while the engine is running. Moisture that gets into the fuel by accident can cause scoring, jam the plunger pairs, and as a result the pump may fail. The revitalizant in XADO Anti-gel protects the working surfaces and reduces the wear rate of the plunger pairs 2-4 times; it protects against the risk of failure if moisture accidentally gets into the fuel and prevents the negative consequences of using poor-quality fuel. The amount of revitalizant in XADO Anti-gel is enough to keep the friction surfaces of the parts in ideal condition. For restorative repair of the fuel system, use XADO gel revitalizant.

Use:

Into clear (not cloudy!) fuel, pour the anti-gel at the ratio: 1 ml of anti-gel - 1 l of fuel. No additional mixing is needed.
