The main difficulties in increasing the efficiency of high-speed direct-injection diesel engines are the complexity of organising high-quality mixture formation, as well as complete and timely combustion of the fuel – good cylinder filling that ensures clear and complete injection in a short time. The fuel evaporation process in a diesel engine is determined by many factors, especially the fineness of the spray – larger droplets can cause a delay in the combustion process and the formation of soot.

The fineness of the spray depends greatly on the cleanliness of the injector. Regardless of fuel quality, during operation deposits build up on the working surfaces of the needle and the injector seat, which worsen the parameters of the spray pattern. The course of the combustion process in the cylinder of a diesel engine also depends greatly on the chemical composition and physical properties of the fuel. The ability of diesel fuel to ignite spontaneously and its possible rough running are assessed by the cetane number. If the cetane number falls, the efficiency of the diesel engine's working cycle deteriorates, the harshness of operation and the wear of parts increase noticeably, and starting the engine becomes problematic even in warm weather because of the increased auto-ignition temperature of the fuel.

Properties:

• A cetane-boosting additive designed for complete fuel combustion, which helps reduce the formation of soot and unburnt particles in the exhaust gases, protecting the diesel particulate filter (DPF - Diesel Particle Filter).
• PURE BURN (2xPEA and PIBSI X-BLEND) - a powerful detergent complex removes carbon deposits and build-up in the fuel system and injectors; it consists of the most effective double-concentration cleaner 2xPEA, based on polyetheramine (PEA), which gives a carbon deposit removal effect.
• Dispersant additive PIBSI X-BLEND, based on polyisobutylene succinimides (PIBSI), designed to improve fuel properties, for example to prevent the formation of soot and increase fuel economy.

Use:

• Before refuelling, pour the required amount of product into the fuel tank.
• 1 pack (250 ml) of product per 40–60 litres of diesel fuel.
• Drive in your normal way.
• Can be used every 3000-5000 km.
