DELTA left-side switch assembly with a brake lever. Four things are marked in the photos: a 146 mm lever, an "M 7" thread, "7 wires" and "D 23" at the clamp bore.

• The 146 mm arrow points to the lever's ball end and to the point where the lever enters the body – this is ONLY the lever's length, not the whole assembly's
• The "D 23" arrow points to the clamp bore in the switch body: 23 mm. Neighbouring cards in this category mark 22 mm – on a 22 mm handlebar such a body will fit on loosely, so what matters is whether it clamps tight, not whether it slides on
• The clamp bore is the first number that has to match: a mismatching clamp on the handlebar either does not tighten, or does not fit on at all
• "7 wires" – wire ends circled in a red frame: the maker wrote that there are seven, in the photo six are visible as separate. There is no plug at the end – each wire ends in a separate terminal, so the connection depends on your motorcycle's sockets
• The "M 7" arrow points to a threaded hole in the bracket above the body; what it is for, the maker did not mark
• The body is chrome-plated, the symbols are red: two headlight symbols (high and low beam) and arrows for the turn signals. At the top a black slider, on the side a black toggle lever, at the bottom a yellow button – what each one controls, the maker did not write
• The lever is aluminium-coloured, not black – this is what immediately sets this assembly apart from the neighbouring cards
• It is time to replace it when the lever is bent, when the axle has come loose, or when the clamp's lug is cracked at the bolt
