Relay socket 4-5 pins

Relay socket for 4-5 pin relays: in the photo, 5 differently coloured wires come out of the socket — green, blue, white, dark grey and red. Compare the socket's slots with your relay's contacts before ordering.

• The socket lets you plug in and pull out the relay without disturbing the wiring: the wires are connected to the socket once, and the relay is then simply pushed in.
• The housing is black plastic, rectangular; on the contact side the slots are of different widths, so the relay only fits in one direction.
• The wires are already crimped into the socket and cut with bare ends — you will need to fit terminals or connectors yourself.
• The name says 4-5 pins: the five-pin socket also accepts a four-pin relay, only one slot stays empty.
• Which socket slot corresponds to which relay contact marking is not written on the socket — the photo gives no numbering.
• The photo gives no dimensions, no wire length, no wire cross-section and no slot width.

To be straight with you: the maker did not specify which coloured wire goes to which relay contact, and we do not guess: mixing up the coil and power contacts burns out either the relay or the circuit it controls. Before ordering, measure your relay's contact width and layout, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
