Wire connector

Wire connector: in the photo – a two-part white block with 2 contacts on each side and a side latch. Compare the contact width and the block's shape with your old connector.

• This kind of connector is needed where two wires must be disconnected without tools: the latch is pressed and the halves come apart
• One half has two flat pins, the other has two matching sockets; the halves have different shapes, so they cannot be joined the wrong way round
• The block's plastic is whitish, translucent against the light; on the side – a loop for the latch
• In the photo the wires are already crimped into both halves; a small factory imprint is visible on their insulation, which you cannot read from this angle
• The photo gives no block dimensions, no contact width, no wire cross-section and no rated current

To be straight with you: what current this connector is rated for and how thick a wire can be crimped into it, the manufacturer did not state, and we do not guess: a contact that is too thin heats up and melts. Before ordering, measure your old connector's width and the contact width, send us a photo of the old part – we will check it before you order.
