Product information

XADO gel revitalizant is intended for the hydraulic power steering system. It is specially designed to protect the power steering from wear and, through the action of the atomic revitalizant, to eliminate minor damage to metal surfaces.

With regular use, the efficiency of the system improves markedly. The product increases the pump efficiency, reduces the noise and vibration that arise during operation and extends the service life of the hydraulic power steering.

Reduces the effort required to turn the steering wheel. Features low product consumption and meets the latest requirements of industrial machinery manufacturers.

  • Eliminates the hum of the pump;
  • Reduces the effort needed to turn the steering wheel;
  • Improves the smooth operation of the hydraulic system after 50-100km of mileage once the revitalizant has been used;
  • Reduces the noise and vibration of the hydraulic power steering pump;
  • Protects parts from wear when there is less oil.

  1. Inject the contents of the syringe into the hydraulic power steering reservoir.
  2. After injecting the revitalizant, turn the steering wheel for 5-10 minutes.
  3. The revitalization process is complete after 50 operating hours (5000km of mileage).

Note:

The start of the revitalization process is marked by improved operation of the steering mechanism (less effort is needed to turn the steering wheel, working precision improves, noise decreases).

If the mechanism does not work better after 100-200km of mileage, the diagnosis was most likely made incorrectly.
