Product information

Gel revitalizant for protecting the hydraulic power steering from wear and for restorative repair without taking it apart. Thanks to the higher concentration of the active substance, better protection against wear and a stronger restorative effect are ensured.

A new metal-ceramic layer is formed on the friction surfaces of the parts. The renewed unit surpasses a new one in its performance characteristics and is guaranteed to last 2-4 times longer.

Specifications:

  • Eliminates the hum of the pump;
  • Reduces the effort needed to turn the steering wheel;
  • Improves the smooth operation of the hydraulic system after 50-100km of mileage once the revitalizant has been used;
  • Reduces the noise and vibration of the hydraulic power steering pump;
  • Protects parts from wear when there is less oil.

Instructions for use:

System treatment for 3-5 l of hydraulic fluid.

  1. Inject the contents of the syringe into the hydraulic power steering reservoir.
  2. After injecting the revitalizant, turn the steering wheel for 5-10 minutes.
  3. The revitalization process is complete after 50 operating hours (5000km of mileage).

Note:

The start of the revitalization process is marked by improved operation of the steering mechanism (less effort is needed to turn the steering wheel, working precision improves, noise decreases).

If the mechanism does not work better after 100-200km of mileage, the diagnosis was most likely made incorrectly.
