XADO gel revitalizant for compressors and bearings (industrial), 1L

Designed to restore bearing assemblies and compressors and to protect them from wear during normal operation.

Forms a new metal-ceramic coating with unique properties on the surfaces of friction pairs and fully restores the geometry of parts.

Specially developed to restore and protect from wear the assemblies and parts of bearings operating in an oil bath and of all types of compressors (except oxygen compressors). Extends the service life of assemblies and mechanisms 2–4 times, significantly reduces energy and resource consumption.

Use

Pour the required amount of gel revitalizant through the mechanism's oil filler hole or the oil level gauge hole.

Rolling bearings operating in an oil bath

Treated in 3 stages, without changing the oil. For each stage use 1,2 ml of gel per one litre of the oil normally used.

Plain bearings

Treated in 6 stages. For each stage use 1,5 ml of gel per one litre of the oil normally used.

Total running time between treatment stages – 20–30 hours. The entire treatment cycle lasts at least 550 bearing operating hours, counting from the start of the first stage.

Piston compressors*

Treated in 3 stages. For each stage use 2,0 ml of gel per one litre of the oil normally used.

Total running time between stages – 12–24 hours. The entire treatment cycle lasts at least 400–550 compressor operating hours, counting from the start of the first treatment stage.

Notes

Attention! Turbo compressors, centrifugal, scroll and screw compressors are treated according to individual methods prepared by XADO technical specialists.
