EX120 revitalizant for manual gearboxes and final drives, 1L

Designed to protect mechanical transmission units from wear and to restore worn working surfaces. The concentration of the active substance is 20% higher than in XADO revitalizant gel for gearboxes and final drives.

During treatment, a metal-ceramic coating forms on gears, shafts, bearings, synchronisers and other metal parts, helping to restore the geometry of the parts.

Use

Pour the required amount through the oil filler neck of a gearbox, transfer case or axle final drive warmed up to operating temperature. Operate the vehicle as usual.

The treatment is completed after 50 operating hours or 1 500 km.

Dosage

Important

Not recommended for automatic gearboxes and robotised gearboxes with two wet clutches.

Compatible with all types of mechanical transmission oils; does not change their viscosity or other physical and chemical properties. Damaged parts of a critically worn unit must be replaced.
