Product information

Gel revitalizant for protection against wear and restorative repair of the gearbox, bearings and final drives without dismantling them. On the friction surfaces of parts, on gears, shafts, bearings and synchronizers, it forms a metal-ceramic layer (the geometry of the engine parts is restored). The revitalizant is universal and can be used in manual, robotized and sequential (Direct Shift) gearboxes and final drives.

Specifications:

  • Removes scratches and blisters from working surfaces;
  • Optimizes the contact patches on gear meshes;
  • Ensures fuel economy (especially in 4-wheel-drive cars);
  • Reduces noise and vibration 10 times;
  • Improves gear-shifting precision;
  • Improves the operation of the synchronizers;
  • After an oil leak, allows the transmission units to be operated for up to 1000 km.

Instructions for use:

Squeeze the tube into the oil filler port of the gearbox, transfer case or final drive.

Note:

Treatment is complete after 50 working hours (1500 km of mileage). The revitalization process is marked by reduced noise of the mechanism from the first kilometres of mileage. If at some point the improvement in the operation of the mechanism stops, this indicates severe wear – in that case the recommended dose must be doubled. If the operation of the mechanism does not improve after 100-200 km of mileage, the diagnostics were most likely carried out incorrectly. The revitalizant is suitable for use with all types of oils for manual gearboxes. The protective metal-ceramic layer forms on any mechanism being treated, but if the mechanism is in critical condition (100% wear), the damaged parts must be replaced.
