Throttle housing, variant B: the photo marks: 22 mm handlebar bore, 62 mm and 30 mm widths, 48 mm height and M 9 thread.

• The 22 mm arrow refers to the handlebar bore, 30 mm – to the gap between the two mounting bolts, 62 mm – to the whole housing's width
• 48 mm measures the height from the bottom to the top of the nozzle, M 9 – the thread in the nozzle, into which the cable adjuster is screwed
• The second photo shows the same part from the other side: you can see that the housing is made of two halves and clamps onto the handlebar with bolts
• The first dimension that has to match is the handlebar tube's diameter at the clamp point: too wide a handlebar will not fit into the body, too narrow will let the body turn on it
• The second thing – the cable end: throttle cables end in cylindrical ends of different sizes, and a wrong end does not seat in the drum
• The throttle grip must spring back by itself once you let go. If it stays turned when not pressed, either the drum is dirty or the clamp is over-tightened
• It is time to replace it when the body is cracked at the bolt, when the drum is worn, or when the grip no longer springs back by itself
