Front lights / lighting

We include not only daytime running lights but also functional headlights that combine projector lenses with powerful and efficient OSRAM LEDs. The die-cast aluminium housing with built-in DC drivers is designed to be durable, and cooling fins dissipate heat for a longer service life. 4 projector lenses (2 x high beam, 2 x low beam) ensure good visibility and a clear cut-off line. The rear/brake light comes with LEDs as standard.

Suspension
S200 was designed so that children aged 10 and older could enjoy pleasant riding across various terrains and trail systems.

● Front steering: rack-and-pinion steering with tie rods adjusted to the A-arm length reduces steering effort.
● Wide front and rear A-arms provide a longer stroke and greater suspension travel.
● The rear differential and CV axles provide a longer service life, greater ground clearance and chain durability.
● A-arm ball joints can be pressed out and replaced.

Frame / chassis
Kayo designs and manufactures frames using mounting points with inserts and recesses without adding unnecessary weight. It reinforces weak points and supports tube joints. Safety matters to us, and we believe that key areas such as the roll cage should be structurally sound. The S200 features a 1.25-inch diameter 6-point cage with locking mounting points. This protects against the full load on the mounting bolts, which could otherwise shear off. The frame tubes have a wall thickness of 0.095 inches.

Engine

196cc air/liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC. The engine is mounted low behind the seats so that the S200's centre of gravity is lower. It also ensures more even weight distribution behind the seats. Easily accessible for routine maintenance/inspection. The CVT has dual venting to keep the clutches dry in wet ground conditions. The air filter is also easy to access without any tools.

Interior/cab
The sport UTV market continues to grow, and Kayo is committed to offering options for young riders in this category. We designed a spacious cab that fits a parent sitting in the passenger seat. The seat contour keeps riders from sliding,
with 6 adjustable positions (4 inches forward/back). There are also 4-point safety belts to protect the driver/passenger. The digital gauge lets you view simple functions or information without distracting the driver. The steering wheel has 5 tilt levels that are easy to adjust.

Wheels/brakes
Kayo uses fully hydraulic disc brakes to stop all 4 wheels of the S200. Massive brake rotors have more than enough power to quickly stop 22-inch tyres. Sturdy steel rims can withstand unpredictable terrain that can be a challenge.

The 4 x 110 wheel bolt pattern gives you plenty of aftermarket options.
