Gearbox kit ATV200 – four shafts with gears: two long ones with splined ends and two shorter ones, one of them with a flat plate. Compare with your old parts before ordering.

  • These are the gearbox's internal parts: gears mounted on the shafts mesh in different pairs as you shift gears.
  • On the first long shaft – gears at one end, rims in the middle and a splined other end.
  • On the second long shaft – a splined end and several gears, one of them with round holes.
  • On the third – two gears, with a tube-shaped bush with a small hole between them.
  • On the fourth, short shaft – two gears and a dark flat plate with a small hole.
  • The photo gives no dimensions, no tooth counts, no forks and no shift drum.
