Gearbox ATV200 LONCIN — two shafts with gears, a shift drum, a sprocket, an axle and three forks: the drawing shows shafts of 147 mm and 168 mm, and a 106 mm drum. Compare against your old parts before ordering.

• This is the inside of the gearbox: as the shift drum turns, its grooves push the forks, the forks push the gears on the shafts, and the next gear engages.
• On the 147 mm shaft the marked gears (z — number of teeth) are: 32z (Ø 68,5 mm), 25z (Ø 54,5 mm), 25z (Ø 53 mm), 22z (Ø 47,5 mm) and 28z (Ø 61,5 mm); one end is Ø 15 mm, the other is splined — "6 frz.", Ø 20 mm.
• On the 168 mm shaft — 11z (Ø 27,5 mm), 18z (42,5 mm), 22z (Ø 49 mm) and 15z (Ø 35,5 mm); the splined end is marked "6 frez.", Ø 20 mm, the wider splined section — "6 frez.", Ø 30 mm, the other end Ø 15 mm.
• Drum: 106 mm with the ends, 82 mm — the body with angled grooves, body Ø 36 mm, ends Ø 20 mm and Ø 21 mm.
• Axle — 111 mm long, Ø 12 mm; sprocket with six spokes — 42 mm between two peaks, centre hole Ø 6 mm.
• Between the fork-leg ends 30 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm are marked; each fork has a pin at the top.
• The photo has neither bearings nor the gearbox housing.

What we don't know, we don't write. Which LONCIN engine and which ATV200 quads this gearbox fits isn't stated in the name, and the drawing doesn't show the gear count — we don't guess that. Before ordering, count the teeth on your own gears, measure the shaft and drum lengths, send a photo of the old parts — we'll check before you order.
