Gearbox kit ATV110/125 3+1 – two shafts with gears, three separate gears and two flat washers; one of the separate gears has six oval recesses. Compare with your old parts before ordering.

  • In the gearbox the gears mesh in different pairs – that is how the separate gears are formed.
  • On the first shaft – two gears, one of them with round holes, and a splined end.
  • On the second – a splined end and a gear block with a rim in the middle.
  • The large separate gear around the through central hole has six oval recesses – their bottom is visible in the frame; another one has a ball bearing in the middle, held by a retaining ring; the third has a splined hole and lugs on the side.
  • One washer is darker, the other lighter.
  • The frame gives neither dimensions nor tooth counts.

We write only what we know. We copy the marking 3+1 from the name – the frame does not show the number of gears, and which ATV110/125 quads the kit is for is not stated. Before ordering, count the teeth on your separate gears and measure the shaft lengths, send us a photo of the old parts — we will check it before you order.
