• The set includes, visibly: a black finned cylinder, the piston, the gudgeon pin, two pin circlips, two copper-coloured rings, a green base gasket and a metal head gasket
• The body has cooling fins, no hose spigot – it is air-cooled
• The manufacturer's drawing marks the cylinder bore as 40 mm – the same number as in the name; from the top 50 mm and 40 mm, from the side 48 mm
• The pin diameter is not in the drawing: the 12 mm is taken only from the name, so measure your old pin with a calliper
• The list also has a YAMAHA JOG 50 cm³ with a 40 mm bore – there the pin is marked in the drawing as Ø 10 mm
• Wear is visible to the naked eye: longitudinal scratches on the cylinder wall, a polished piston skirt, and a ring that rocks freely in its groove – then the whole group is replaced at once
