Piston with rings, 56,90 mm in diameter. When choosing, the two most important numbers are the cylinder bore and the gudgeon pin diameter – 15 mm.

• A piston with rings is replaced together with the cylinder or after it has been rebored: when worn it loses its seal, compression drops, a cold engine starts to rattle and oil consumption rises
• The photo marks: diameter 56,90 mm, from the piston crown to the pin axis 16 mm, total height 49 mm, pin diameter 15 mm, pin length 47 mm
• The photo shows the set: piston, gudgeon pin, five rings – one of them a toothed expander – and two circlips
• The photo itself gives no scale: no ruler, no object placed beside it for comparison. Only the numbers written in the captions state the size, so measure your own cylinder bore
