Disc brake pads, marked by the maker with the number 225100070. The photo shows a branded RMS blister pack with two pads inside; the drawing lists three numbers with no unit of measurement: width 32, height 57,5, thickness 5,5.

  • The numbers on the drawing are written WITHOUT a unit of measurement — on other cards in this category "mm" stands next to each number, but here it is missing. We copy it exactly as written.
  • The three main numbers on the drawing mean this: width is measured across the bottom edge, height in the side view, and thickness is the total: the friction material together with the metal backing plate.
  • The RMS logo is printed on the drawing itself, and the photo shows the RMS blister pack with two pads — this is the branded packaging, not loose parts.
  • The friction material is split into three sections by two grooves — this is visible both on the drawing and in the blister pack.
  • In the supplier's data, this card and "Pads 225100080" are marked with the same code, even though the dimensions differ: 32 × 57,5 × 5,5 against 36 × 45 × 6 mm. When ordering, go by the number 225100070, not by the code.
  • The photo itself has no scale — no ruler and nothing placed beside it for comparison. Only the numbers on the drawing tell the size, so measure your old pad.
  • Time to replace it: when the friction material layer has worn down to the metal backing, or when it is scorched and shiny: then the brake squeals and the lever travels almost to the handlebar.
