Engine running-hour meter B, connects to the ignition spark plug wire: a black rectangular body with two mounting lugs, on the screen – 0.0 and the word HOURS, below the screen – buttons S1 and S2. Measure the spot where you will mount it.

• This kind of meter counts how many hours the engine has run – which makes it convenient to plan oil changes and other maintenance.
• The body reads TACH/HOUR METER, that is, a tachometer and an hour meter, while the name mentions only the hour meter. We do not decide which source is more accurate – in the photos the screen shows only 0.0 and HOURS.
• On the left below the screen it reads QUARTZ; what the S1 and S2 buttons are for is not explained on the body.
• Each lug on the body has a hole for a bolt. In the second photo, behind the body, a coiled black wire with several turns is visible.
• The photos give no body dimensions, no distance between the holes, and no wire length.

To be straight with you: how the meter is powered and exactly how its wire connects to the spark plug wire is not shown in the photos, and we do not guess electrical wiring.
