Water pump repair kit SHINARAY 250ST-9

SHINARAY 250ST-9 water pump repair kit: the photo shows eight parts – an impeller, marked Ø 38 mm, a 113 mm shaft, two bearings, a seal in a metal casing, a white ring in a rubber rim, an oil seal and a washer. Compare them with your pump's parts before ordering.

• These parts renew the inside of the water pump: the impeller drives the coolant, the shaft turns in the bearings, and the seals keep the coolant from leaking past the shaft.
• Shaft: total length 113 mm; 33 mm – from the notched end to the first ring rim, 54 mm – from the second rim to the threaded end, 16 mm marked on the threaded end.
• Ø 10 mm is marked on the shaft drawing in three places – at the notched end, before the first rim and after the second, Ø 8 mm – between the rims; the threaded end is marked D7. One short dimension near the notched end is left without a number.
• On one bearing the Ø 10 mm arrow points to the bore, Ø 19 mm – to the outer edge; the second bearing is not marked. Both bearings are open – the balls are visible.
• Seal: Ø 14 mm at the bore and Ø 28,5 mm at the outer metal edge; a white ring in a black rubber rim – Ø 14 mm at the bore and Ø 25 mm at the outside. The oil seal is marked 10-20-5, the washer – without dimensions.
• In the third photo the impeller is flipped over: its back side is visible, with a dimple and a threaded bore in the centre, and notches on its edge – these are the gaps between the vanes.
• The photos give neither the pump body nor any gaskets.

To be straight with you: the name states only SHINARAY 250ST-9, with no year or engine version, and we do not guess them. Before ordering, measure your old shaft's length and diameters, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
