Nail plate

Nail plate, 1.3 mm thick, three sizes — 48 × 125, 144 × 200 and 180 × 300 mm: in the photo, sharp teeth are pressed out of the plate and bent to one side. Measure the parts being joined before ordering.

• A nail plate joins wooden parts at a butt joint: instead of separate nails, the teeth pressed out of the plate itself do the work.
• In the photo the teeth are arranged in pairs, in rows across the whole plate, their edges have fine notches; the surface is silvery grey.
• The supplier gives the dimensions in this order: width × length × thickness; the photo shows one plate with no dimensions given, so which of the three sizes is photographed is unknown.
• Neither the name nor the card gives the material, the coating, or the height or number of the teeth.

We write only what we know. What load and what timber the plate is intended for, the supplier did not state, and we do not guess it. Before ordering, measure the dimensions of the parts being joined and send us a photo of the joint — we will check it before you order.
