Carburettor BS-220X

Carburettor BS-220X — a light-coloured metal body with a yellowish bowl-shaped float chamber at the bottom, a light grey lever with a grooved end, and a brass-coloured spigot on top. Compare with your old carburettor before ordering.

• The carburettor prepares the fuel-air mixture; when clogged or worn, it prevents the engine from starting easily and running smoothly.
• The float chamber is fastened with a hex bolt in the centre, and on its side you can see another, smaller hex bolt.
• On one flange — an oval port with a flat valve flap inside and several holes around it, two of them small with brass-coloured bushings.
• On the other flange — a round port, a hole diagonally on each side of it and one more small hole; next to it, the number 15 is cast on the body, and we do not know what it means.
• On top — a round yellowish cap fastened with two cross-head screws, next to it a small black lever; on the sides — a few more black plastic parts.
• The photo gives no dimensions, no distance between the holes; no mounting gaskets are visible in the photo.

We write only what we know. The name has only the marking BS-220X, without a maker and without explanation, so we do not guess which engines this carburettor fits. Before ordering, measure the distance between the centres of the mounting holes on both flanges and the port diameter, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
