Ignition coil

Ignition coil – a black body on a core with two mounting legs, a thick wire with a bent spark plug cap, and a thin wire with a connector at the end. Compare with your old coil before ordering.

• The ignition coil supplies the spark to the spark plug; once the coil fails, the engine no longer starts or runs with misfires.
• Both mounting legs on the core have an elongated hole.
• The spark plug cap is black, bent at roughly a right angle.
• The thin wire with a braided black sheath ends in a cylindrical connector in transparent insulation, and a flat brass-coloured tab sticks out at the bottom of the body.
• What the thin wire and this tab connect to is not shown in the photo, so we do not write it — when connecting, follow how your old coil was wired.
• The photo gives no wire length and no distance between the holes, and we cannot make out the lettering embossed on the body.

To be straight with you: the name does not say which engine this coil is for, so we do not guess what it fits. Before ordering, measure the distance between your coil's mounting holes and the length of the thick wire, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
