Switch assembly with manual choke ATV left

Left-hand switch assembly for a quad, with manual choke: in the photo – a black housing marked LIGHTS, with a red button, an N knob and a lever, and the loom ends in white 6- and 4-contact connector blocks. Compare the connector blocks with your own wiring.

• An assembly like this gathers the left-hand controls into one place, so if a single contact burns out, the whole block is replaced
• Moulded on the housing are LIGHTS and three light symbols, the letter P with a light symbol, and below that a starter symbol
• A black lever with a ball tip sticks out of the side – that is the manual choke named in the title; it is pulled when starting a cold engine
• At the bottom, on the clamp, there is a knurled knob marked with the letter N
• The loom ends in two white connector blocks: one with six holes in two rows of three, the other with four in two rows of two
• The connector blocks show yellow, brown, red, green and black wires; the connector blocks differ in width, so they cannot be swapped
• The frame gives neither the handlebar bore diameter, nor the loom length, nor the connector contact numbering

To be straight with you: the maker did not state which connector contact is for which circuit, and what exactly the N knob controls, and we do not guess. Before ordering, measure your handlebar diameter and compare the number of holes in the connector blocks, send us a photo of the old part – we will check it before you order.
