Magnet (rotor) ATV200 for a quad – a magnetic pot that spins on the crankshaft.

• The magnet (rotor) spins together with the crankshaft and its field excites the stator windings; without it the generator produces no current
• The rotor is replaced because of weakened magnets, a cracked or slipped inner disc, and a chewed-up key slot – ignition then either lags or disappears
• It must be removed with a threaded pull tool, not a leg puller; threaded pull tools are separate products – they are listed both in this category and in the "Tools" category
• The photo shows a tall pot-shaped housing and four small holes in the inner plate – these are the mounting points
• The list has four stators with a different pole count for this same ATV200; the rotor is common to them only when the size matches

To be straight with you: the shaft bore is tapered, so it is marked with two numbers – 22 mm at the wide end and 15 mm at the narrow end. Which year's model and which modification it is meant for, the supplier did not state, and we do not guess – write us your model and year. Before ordering, measure your rotor's outer diameter and shaft bore – or send us a photo of the old rotor: we will check.
