Generator magnet removal tool, for the JH engine – a two-part, thread-in puller.

• You cannot knock the magnet off the crankshaft, and a leg-type puller will not pull it either: it sits on a taper, and is removed with a thread-in tool that bears against the end of the shaft
• If you try to remove it with a lever or a chisel, you will deform the rotor bell and damage the keyway – after that, even a new part will not help
• Only one dimension matters when choosing: the rotor's inner thread size. Measure it before ordering: you will not learn it from the make and model
• The second photo marks the most important thing: the outer thread M28 – that is what screws the tool into the rotor – the inner thread M14, length 48 mm and a bush diameter of 34,5 mm
• The first photo shows two parts: the outer bush with the inner thread, and a hex bolt with a flat end
• The listing has a second JH tool (for ATV and cross bikes) – its bolt has a pointed end; if the end of your shaft has a central centre-punch dimple, take that one
• If, after measuring, you find your thread is different, the listing has pullers with the thread in the name – M24x1 (K and D) and M27x1

To be straight with you: M28 was read off the callout in the second photo, and it is not in the name – check your rotor's thread. Which year's model and which modification it is for, the supplier did not state, and we do not guess – write us your model and year. Send us a photo of the old assembly – we will check it before you order.
