• Stator — the stationary part of the generator: the magnet rotates around it, and current is generated in the windings, which charges the battery and powers the ignition
• The photo shows the rotor, the stator with windings and a separate black sensor coil, and the wiring loom ends in two connectors — white and blue
• We do not count the poles: in the photo part of the windings is covered by the wiring loom
• The kit is handy when you do not know what burned out: both parts are replaced at once, so there is no question of compatibility
