Indicator relay 4 contacts 2x21W

Turn signal relay with 4 contacts: the housing is stamped G.CARTIER, 7700638 976, DOT2/4X21W-12V and 54 201 045, and the contacts are marked C, R, - and +. The name says 2x21W – compare both markings with your old relay.

• The turn signal relay sets the blinking rhythm for the indicator bulbs; when it fails, it either leaves the bulbs on continuously or makes them blink faster
• The top is stamped DOT2/4X21W-12V: the maker itself lists both 2 and 4 bulbs of 21 W, while the listing name keeps only 2x21W. We show both numbers and do not choose on the maker's behalf
• There are four contact markings on the housing: C, R, minus and plus; each has a white line drawn to its own contact
• The same side is stamped 12 V, product number 7700638 976, batch 54 201 045, the markings Made in EEC and PBT-GF30, and a mark in a hexagon
• The housing is black, cube-shaped; the photo shows four flat blade contacts, and on top there are four markings for them
• The photo gives no dimensions, no current and no blink rate
• Supplier code WI AM9003 – quote it again when ordering

To be straight with you: the maker did not explain what each letter means in your wiring, and we do not guess: swap plus with minus, and the relay will not blink or will burn out. Whether it fits LED bulbs is not written anywhere – the marking speaks only of 21 W bulbs. The marking on the housing is small; we read it as DOT2/4X21W-12V. Before ordering, check the contact layout of your old relay, send us a photo of the old part – we will check it before you order.
