CG200 air-cooled cylinder with piston, 63,5. The name also promises the head, so first we say what the photos show: the cylinder, the piston, the pin, the circlip and the rings.

  • None of the nine photos has the head – only the cylinder, the piston, the gudgeon pin, the pin circlip and the ring set with a copper-coloured oil ring are visible
  • The body has cooling fins and no hose spigot at all – air-cooled, as the name says
  • The maker's drawing marks: top face 89 mm and 62,5 mm, 67 mm and 52,5 mm between the ports, the ports themselves ⌀ 9 mm, ⌀ 9,5 mm, ⌀ 10 mm and ⌀ 12,5 mm, intake port ⌀ 22,3 mm
  • From the side: bush top 72 mm, the finned section 79,5 mm, total height 113 mm; the piston 50 mm high, 24,5 mm from the top ring to the pin bore, pin bore ⌀ 16 mm
  • The cylinder bore is not marked on the drawing in any photo – 63,5 is taken only from the name, so measure your old cylinder's bore yourself
  • The list also has a CG200 63,50 air-cooled cylinder and two water-cooled cylinders without a head – their drawings do mark the bore
  • Wear is visible to the naked eye: longitudinal scoring on the cylinder wall, a polished piston skirt, and a ring that rocks loosely in its groove – then the whole group is replaced at once
  • Supplier code MI 2755 – quote it again when ordering
  • No gaskets are visible in this box; the list has a separate pair "Cylinder-head gaskets ATV200 air CG200 63.5mm" – the same engine and the same number in the name

To be straight with you: the name says "+ head", and none of the nine photos has a head. We do not choose sides: before ordering, write to us whether the head is included. Which specific models and years this cylinder is for, the maker did not state, and we do not guess – write us your machine or send a photo of the old part. Before ordering, remove the spark plug and use callipers to measure your old cylinder's bore, the pin thickness and the distance between the studs – we will check it before you order.
