Plans change. We get it.

Before the parcel ships

Email info@jusmila.lt with your order number. We can change quantities, swap parts, or cancel and refund in full.

After the parcel ships

If the courier already has it, the order falls under the standard 14-day return policy. See our refund policy for details.
