What is the warranty on parts?
New parts come with the manufacturer's 24-month warranty, as required by Lithuanian consumer protection law (LR civilinis kodeksas, art. 6.363).
What is covered
Manufacturing defects: cracked castings, faulty electronics on first install, leaking seals out of the box.
What is not covered
Wear from normal use (pads, chains, filters, tyres). Damage from incorrect installation, modification, or use outside the part's specification.
How to claim
Email us with the order number, photos and a short description. We coordinate the claim with the manufacturer.
