Can I return a part?
EU distance-selling law gives you 14 days to change your mind. We accept returns of unused parts in original, unmarked packaging.
How to return
- Email info@jusmila.lt with the order number.
- Ship the parcel back via Omniva or DPD (return shipping is on the customer unless the part was wrong / defective).
- Once we receive and inspect, we refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Non-returnable
Special-order parts, electrical components installed and powered up, opened oil and fluid bottles.
