Steering column ATV110/125: the photo marks: 475 mm overall length and 76 mm lower section.

• We measured the ends of the dimension lines: the 475 mm bracket ends at the lower mount and does not reach the end of the part, while 76 mm measures the threaded end left beyond the mount. Together that is about 551 mm
• The second photo shows the top plate from the front: 60 mm and 33 mm are its dimensions, and two holes for the handlebar clamp are visible on it
• The third photo marks: 35 mm and 46 mm between the plate's holes, and 23 mm and 40 mm at the lower threaded end
• The photo shows that the column is welded together: a tube, a plate with lugs, and a cross rod to which the steering tie rods connect
• The column is replaced as a whole: a bent tube cannot be straightened, because it runs through two bearings in the frame
• Time to replace it: when the tube is bent, when the thread is stripped, or when the plate's lug is cracked

To be straight with you: the maker did not mark the tube diameter — and that is exactly what needs to match the frame bearings.
