• The photo shows that the part is a flat plate with a splined inner bore and two bolt holes. It presses the front sprocket against the shaft so it cannot slip
• Several plates are shown in the photo, but how many you get when you order, the maker did not mark
• The second size in the same series is D17 – both the inner bore and the hole gap differ, so the two cannot be mixed up
• It is time to replace it when the plate is bent, when the bolt holes have widened, or when the splines are worn

To be straight with you: the maker did not mark the plate's thickness or the bolt's thread. Which exact model the element is for, the maker did not say – it is chosen by the shaft's splines and the hole gap.
