Plastic bushing ATV H20 D23 pin 16

Plastic ATV bushing, marked in the name as H20 D23 and pin 16. Four sizes are marked in the photo, and one of them does not match the name.

• The photo lists: Ø 16 mm inner bore, Ø 23 mm bushing body, Ø 30 mm flange and 17 mm height.
• The name says H20, while the drawing gives a height of 17 mm. The maker did not explain the three-millimetre difference, so we show both numbers.
• Ø 16 mm and Ø 23 mm match the name: pin 16 and D23.
• The second photo shows the whole set: two black bushings with flanges, one deeper metal cup and one flat washer.
• A bushing is chosen by three sizes: the inner bore it slides onto the pin with, the outer diameter it fits into the lever's bore with, and the height that sets the gap.
• The plastic bushing holds the lever on the pin and slides without grease. As it wears, the lever starts to wobble, and the handlebar rattles on bumps.
• Bushings are replaced in pairs, two per lever end: one worn bushing gives the same amount of play as two.
