Chain tensioner QW

QW chain tensioner, spring type with a white roller: the drawing marks 135 mm overall height, a 72 mm clamp and roller sizes 16 mm and 22 mm.

• The drawing gives two views: on the left a spring bent into a hook, on the right the same spring with the white roller and the clamp
• 135 mm measures the part from the top of the hook to the bottom in both views of the drawing
• 72 mm is the width of the clamp; 16 mm and 22 mm are the roller sizes
• The roller in the photo is white and hard; the spring keeps it pressed against the chain, so the tension holds even as the chain stretches a little
• Chain tension is checked at the middle of the swingarm: healthy tension lets the chain move about a finger up and down, not stand taut like a string
