Engine GY6 80cc 12' wheel

GY6 80 cm³ rear drive unit for a scooter with a 12-inch wheel. In one unit — the engine, variator, gearbox and rear wheel axle: you replace the whole rear end, not assemble it from parts.

• Dimensions: height 310 mm, total length 620 mm, width 330 mm
• Front mounts through rubber bushes: 112 mm between them, 154 mm between the outer edges. Lugs M8
• Designed for a 12-inch rear wheel — the size is written on the side of your tyre
• Variator (CVT) with its own housing — no need to shift gears
• Forced air cooling — no radiator or coolant needed

Included, separate from the unit: carburettor, air filter housing, corrugated intake sleeve with two clamps, CDI, voltage regulator, starter relay with fuse, and ignition coil with high-voltage lead.

To be straight with you. GY6 is not one model, but a family. 310 and 620 mm rule out a large share of units, but not all: what remains is the belt length and the number of shock absorbers. Measure your unit with a tape measure, count the shock absorbers and photograph it from the side — we will check it before we ship.

We also have a unit whose name states two shock absorbers, and one for a 10-inch wheel with a 669 belt — that one is longer, 680 mm.
