Engine ATV110 (1 forward + 1 reverse)

Engine for the ATV110 quad with one forward gear and one reverse gear. The simplest layout — for children's and beginner quads: no shifting and no thinking required.

• One forward gear and reverse — only forward or back
• Less for a learner to break: there are no gears for a child to mix up
• The electric starter is fitted, and the kickstarter shaft is in place too
• The sprocket is fitted and held by a plate, the spark plug is screwed in
• Air-cooled — a ribbed cylinder, no radiator needed

In the set, separate from the engine: a carburettor, an intake manifold with a gasket and an O-ring, a kickstarter lever, a sprocket cover and bolts.

To be straight with you: the ATV110 name covers a great many different engines: mounting points, the sprocket, the starter type and the wiring connectors all vary. Photograph your old engine from the side, from above and from the chain side, and measure the distance between the mounting lugs with a tape measure. From that we can see what the quad's name does not show — often even the owner does not know it.

If your child no longer fits in one gear — the same ATV110 with three forward gears is a separate item.
