• A grey cylinder base gasket with four mounting holes
• You cannot count the corners on the rubber ring exactly from the photo, so we take the pentagonal shape from the name, not from the picture
• The name says "set", and the photo shows three parts; whether the box holds more gaskets, the maker did not state – we are checking
