Foam air filter with spring KY - D 184 D40

Foam air filter, 40 mm connection; series KY-D 184. All the air the engine draws in passes through the filter: whatever does not get through the element does not reach the cylinder either.

• Connection diameter 40 mm — the rubber sleeve slips onto the carburettor spigot and is tightened with a clamp; the clamp is in the set
• The foam element can be washed and used again: after washing it and drying it well, it needs to be oiled with air filter oil (you’ll find it in the "Oils & care" category) — dry foam lets dust through
• When to change it: when the element stays grey even after washing, when it is torn, or when the rubber sleeve has gone hard and cracked
