Cylinder with piston for the ATV140 LIFAN engine: the photo shows a black finned cylinder, a piston with its pin, rings and two gaskets, and the diagrams mark 93 mm, 69,5 mm and Ø 58,5 mm. Measure your old cylinder before ordering.

• The piston moves inside the cylinder, and the rings seal the gap between them; when the walls or the rings wear, compression drops, the engine starts harder and begins to burn oil.
• The photo lays out: the cylinder, the piston, the gudgeon pin, two pin circlips, five rings (four plain and one wave-shaped) and two differently shaped gaskets — a dark one and a light grey one, both with red trim around the holes.
• We measured where the lines end: 93 mm runs from the top face of the cylinder to the end of the sleeve that protrudes below the body, 69,5 mm — from the same face to the bottom of the body, without the sleeve; Ø 58,5 mm is marked with an arrow pointing to this sleeve.
• The end-on photo shows four mounting holes: between the top ones 52 mm is marked, between the bottom ones and between both side pairs — 51 mm each, diagonally — 72 mm; the lines rest on the centres of the holes, except at the bottom right one — slightly off-centre.
• The diagrams give no bore diameter, no piston diameter and no pin thickness.

We write only what we know. The name gives ATV140 and the LIFAN engine, but the engine model and the quad are not in it, and we do not guess them. Before ordering, measure your old cylinder's bore diameter, its height and the distances between the centres of the mounting holes, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
