Mini ATV electric throttle grip without an information panel: seven dimensions are marked in the photo, including the 142,50 mm and 119 mm grip lengths.

  • The second photo lists: 142,50 mm and 47 mm at the throttle grip, its 36 mm diameter, 25,50 mm and 44,50 mm at the lever, and the length of the second, plain grip is 119 mm, its diameter also 36 mm
  • So the two grips in the pair are of unequal length: the throttle side is longer because it also houses the body with the sensor mechanism
  • The photo shows a small blue light on the throttle grip body and protruding wires with a white connector
  • The neighbouring card in this line also has a charge-indicator panel on the grip; this one does not have it, and that is how they differ
  • In an electric throttle grip no cable is turned – instead the voltage changes: a Hall sensor sits inside, and the controller supplies power according to its signal. So what matters is not the cable end, but the number of wires and the connector type
  • The first dimension you need to match is the handlebar tube diameter at the clamp: a bar that is too wide will not fit into the body, one that is too narrow will let the body twist
  • The throttle grip must return by itself when you release your hand. If it stays turned without pressure, the cause is either a dirty drum or a clamp tightened too hard
  • It is time to replace it when the body is cracked at the screw, when the drum is worn, or when the grip no longer returns by itself
